Hungary has one of the oldest and most distinctive wine cultures in Europe, and there’s a whole lot more to it than Tokaji. We’re teaming up with our friends at Danch & Granger, one of our favorite importers of Central and Eastern European wines, for a deep dive into what makes Hungarian wine so special.

We’ll taste our way through indigenous grapes, historic regions, volcanic soils, and a new generation of winemakers breathing fresh life into centuries-old traditions. Expect everything from electric, mineral-driven whites to spicy, soulful reds and, of course, a little Tokaji.
