Service options include Ground, 2-Day and Overnight, and can be designated during checkout. Be advised that timelines associated with expedited delivery services are only from the date of shipment, and Vintage Berkeley cannot guarantee delivery of your order by a specific date or time. All delivery services are provided by Fedex and all orders are shipped using industry approved packaging. For local orders, customers can select in-store pickup at any one of our three East Bay locations, or designate local delivery for addresses within 15 miles of our stores.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship from our stores within 1-3 business days. Please see the following map to calculate the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it will take for your order to arrive once it has shipped. Note that this graphic is a simplistic overview of estimated transit times and does not indicate if we are able to ship to a particular state.

What If I Won’t Be Home On The Day My Order Is Scheduled to Arrive?
If you know that you are going to be traveling, you can always select a business address or take advantage of Fedex’s Hold At Location program. If your order has already been placed, please contact our staff at info@vintageberkeley.com and we can try to update your shipping address or place a hold on your order. If your order is already out for local delivery, Fedex will make three delivery attempts after which your order will be sent to their local fulfillment center for collection.

Do You Require A Signature Upon Delivery?
Yes. All orders shipped by Vintage Berkeley require an Adult Signature at delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy. It is highly recommended that you ship your order to a business address to ensure that someone of legal age can sign for your order when the carrier attempts delivery.

We can temporarily hold orders placed during periods of inclement weather. To hold an order, please enter special instructions in the "Order Instructions" section while placing your order, requesting a “heat hold”, OR email our staff at info@vintageberkeley.com after your order has been submitted. Please note that our team monitors heat conditions prior to shipping all orders. If there is extreme weather in your area we may hold your order at our discretion to protect the integrity of your wine. If we hold your order, we will notify you of this decision. Once weather conditions improve, we will ship your order at the earliest possible date.

What if a shipment is lost, damaged or defective?
