Thank you for joining the Vintage Berkeley & Solano Cellars Wine Club.  The following outlines the policies, terms and conditions governing our wine clubs. As a member of our wine club you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

Vintage Berkeley & Solano Cellars offers our wine club in three formats: 3 bottle, 6 bottle and 12 bottle. Customized options are available, though standard club pricing is not guaranteed.

Our wine club is offered on a monthly or every other month basis, and is a recurring subscription.

Sign up Process
Customers may sign up for our wine club in-store, via phone, or online.

Member Benefits
All club members will receive:
  • Discounted club selections and locked-in pricing on repeat club purchases (discounts are typically 15%+ on 6-12 btl clubs, 10% on 3 btl clubs)
  • An additional 15% off in-store purchases (excluding club wines) on the day Club Members pick up their club
  • Detailed write-ups for each club selection
  • Exclusive club member email offers
  • Discounted tickets to tasting events at all locations for the club member +1

  • Billing
    Club member's credit card will be charged on or around the 15th of every billable month according to their chosen club. Club prices will either be $100 (standard 3 btl and 6 btl) or $200 (standard 12 btl) per subscription, pre-tax, except for December which will be slightly higher. Customers receiving their club via shipment will incur additional shipping charges. Club members will receive wine write-ups for their club -- at the email address on file for their account -- when they are notified that their club is ready for pickup. Customers seeking an email receipt will need to notify their primary store via email.

    Age Requirement
    All wine club members and the person signing for a wine club shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

    Cancellations or Changes to Club Subscription
    There is no minimum time requirement for club subscriptions. Cancellations or temporary holds of membership must be made in writing before the seventh day of the billing month. All requests must be submitted via email to the store where the club member's club is fulfilled, with email addresses by location as follows: (Solano Cellars), (Vine Street), or (College Avenue).

    Please note that if a club member does not pick up their club for the prior three (fulfillment) months, we will pause the club member's subscription until we can confirm that the club member would like to continue with the program. The customer will still be responsible for payment for the clubs that have been processed, even if they have not picked up. All club member benefits will also be suspended while a club is on hold.
