Look beyond the usual suspects with a flight spanning five countries and featuring rare and lesser-known grapes. We’ll journey from Spain to Greece, Hungary, and right here in California, tasting truly rare varieties alongside grapes that are common elsewhere but rarely seen here. If we do our job right, you’ll be reaching for a Cabernet Pfeffer instead of a Pinot Noir—or an Assyrtiko instead of a Chardonnay.
