Sherry is one of wine’s best-kept secrets. It’s incredibly diverse—dry or sweet, light or rich, and versatile enough to pair with an entire meal. But with so many different styles, knowing where to start can be tricky.
Our friend Eric Quilty of Merchants of Thirst will help demystify sherry as he guides you through six styles from Bodegas Hidalgo, a family-run sherry house founded in 1792.
