This Kally creation was inspired by a quest to craft the ultimate pairing with the bounty of California’s fields and oceans -- from fresh Mendocino Dungeness crabs to heavenly Santa Barbara avocados. Early Chardonnay is a crisp, sun-soaked escape in a glass. Tart verjus is mellowed by the gentle sweetness of pear. Meyer lemon brings a bright, citrus twist, while chamomile adds a soft, floral nudge. A touch of vanilla and a pinch of sea salt offer a creamy finish.
