Former rock star Paris sommelier Eric Bordelet, took over the family business in 1992. A close friend of his, Didier Dagueneau, the icon wine-maker in Pouilly-sur-Loire encouraged him down the path of producing ciders from apples and pears that are like no others. His family's property consists of 23 hectares of certified organic cider apple, perry and corme orchards in southern Normandy, many of the trees exceed 50 years in age. An alternative to his world renowned ciders, he’s started to produce a non alcoholic sparkling juice. Wonderful on its own or paired with a light Fall dessert or savoury sausage.
