Description
It’s the rare Vermentino capable of stopping a wine geek in their tracks. A relatively common grape (it practically coats the Mediterranean, from Provence to Liguria to here in Sardinia), it’s often just clean and simple, made for a bright seaside refresher The Mancini (sounds like pepperoncini, but more manly) is a little different. Mineral, sure, with a granite-driven zip, fresh citrus and salty pear flavors... but the Mancini is also textured, too, with layers that expand on the palate. Ready for ceviche and shellfish like its peers, but it has the weight to stand up.
