Description
Maria Sole is making some of the most exciting Sangiovese outside of Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino. Often cheerful and approachable in their youth, they still express depth and earthiness we can't get enough of. While we love her reds, this rosado has entirely changed our perception of the versatility the grape can show - here trading in the chewy and rustic earthiness for bright, tart, pomegranite (as the label would imply), sweet herbs, rose petal, and freshness. This falls somewhere in between the rose and chillable red style, making it a great option with nearly any type of food, but just as lovely on its own.
