People in the know know a secret: just a a few miles southwest of Sancerre (the undisputed king of Sauvignon Blanc) you can find Sancerre’s softer-spoken cousin, Quincy. It’s pronounced “Can See”... and know what you Can See? Try all of the minerality ...at half the price! Ever licked wet river stones while holding grapefruit rind in your mouth? No?
