Clos des Chênes is one of Volnay’s most structured Premier Crus, and Bitouzet-Prieur brings a classic, understated touch to the site. Floral aromatics and red fruit lead, but there’s a firm backbone underneath that gives it depth and aging potential. Elegant, but with something to say.
