Is it just me or is everyone and their mom in Europe right now? The streets of Berkeley are suspiciously quiet and every time I open Instagram there’s another distant acquaintance in a cantina, sipping an Aperol Spritz, captaining a small motorboat into a glassy shoal off the coast of Sardinia. Frankly, we’ve seen enough. So we’ve decided to take matters into our own hands and bring the Eurotrip to our backyard with a good old fashioned Paella Party.
Arnie Plowe, friend of the shop and rep for Beaune Imports, just so happens to be a serious and seasoned paella chef. We’ve tapped him to prepare a party-sized batch of paella and pour five Spanish wines that will transport you directly to Costa Brava.
