We've said it before, and we'll say it again (and again and again...): wines from Central and Eastern Europe are among the most compelling, fascinating, historically significant, and (crucially), downright delicious in the world. We're once again highlighting our favorite region with our friend Brian Stapleton of Danch & Granger with a lineup of 10 wines from Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, and beyond, including 4 expressions of Furmint for our annual Furmint February celebration. And because these wines are meant to be enjoyed with a meal, we're serving Pörkölt (beef, onion, and paprika stew), Spaetzle, and Palacsinta (thin Hungarian pancakes).
