Champagne Laborde is a rising grower‐producer based in Nogent‑l’Abbesse, in Montagne de Reims. Though the family has tended vines here since at least 1789 (!!!), it wasn’t until 2017 that Delphine Laborde and her husband, Pierre‑Emmanuel, officially founded the domaine and turned the ancestral vineyards into their own tiny estate.
Delphine, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, spent 12 years at Bollinger and Veuve Clicquot before returning home to farm and make the family's wines. We are so excited to welcome Delphine to the shop on Saturday October 11th, and she will host a sit down, one hour Champagne seminar (including a tasting of four wines) as well as a general Champagne tasting to follow (with some additional bubbles!) from 3-4pm.
