10th generation winemaker Markus Huber made a name for himself with his deeply expressive, terroir driven wines. He's taken that same approach to communicating the unique minerality, tradition, and indigenous varieties of the Traisental Valley and applied it to his new N/A bubbles project, Layla. Made from 100% Gelber Muskateller, with 3 months batonnage and 1 year maturation before dealcoholization with reverse osmosis, this showcases all the typical typical varietal aroma of lemon balm and tangerine peel, with minerality, lively acidity through the fresh finish.
