Egly-Ouriet isn’t just Champagne—it’s Champagne for the true Champagneheads. Francis Egly has earned a cult following for his rich, deeply textured wines that drink more like Grand Cru Burgundy with bubbles. He farms old vines, uses super long aging on the lees, and keeps dosage low, letting the vineyards (mostly in Ambonnay) really shine. These are powerful, complex Champagnes with serious structure and soul. We only get a handful of bottles each year.
Les Vignes de Bisseuil 1er Cru Extra Brut is a Chardonnay-dominant bottling that’s all about crisp tension and bright citrus energy. It’s more linear than the rest of the lineup, but with that unmistakable Egly depth.
