Champagne & Caviar Pairings @ Solano Cellars Wednesday, April 30th

The only thing better than a Champagne tasting on a Wednesday evening to make it through the midweek doldrums? A flight of caviar pairings to go with it! On Wednesday, April 30th, we're inviting our two most French friends - Gregoire Montot and Paul Duroussay of G. Montot and Pierreclos Imports, respectively - to pour a broad ranging flight of Champagne, from the robust complexity of the Montagne de Reims to the aromatic, full bouquet of the Vallée de la Marne (and even the elusive oddball, Coteaux Champenois, will be in the mix). We'll be serving 6 carefully curated caviar pairings alongside the Champagne, with your choice of blini or potato chip as a serving vessel (or if you're a purist - taste by the spoonful!). And if you're feeling a bit peckish at the end of the guided tasting? We'll be offering full caviar service until close and all Champagne for special by-the-glass prices.
