The Canary Islands are one of our favorite wine regions on Earth! It's a magical, remote Atlantic archipelago where pre-phylloxera vines grow in black volcanic soils (a lot of times in circular “pits”, and every bottle tells a story of wind, fire, and salt air.
We’re pouring an extraordinary lineup from Suertes del Marqués that captures the wild beauty of this place: the Trenzado, a textural white woven from Listán Blanco and field blend grapes; the Vidonia, a profound old-vine expression from 100-year-old Listán Blanco; and the Candio, a soulful red from Listán Negro vines over 120 years old. Taste the ethereal Los Pasitos, made from the elusive Baboso Negro, and the juicy, chillable COOL, a liter of pure volcanic energy.
These are some of the rarest wines from the Canary Islands, and they don’t come around often.
