At just over 50 years old, Genot-Boulanger is relatively young in the context of Burgundy. But since its founding in 1974, the domaine has quietly become one of the most esteemed estates in the region for its classical, terroir-transparent wines made from a broad range of vineyard sites. The estate’s parcels span across 11 villages, from Meursault to Mercurey, Pommard to Corton, with all sites certified organic for the last 10 years. These are precise, remarkably expressive wines, among our favorites from Burgundy with each vintage release.

On Tuesday, March 24th, we’re thrilled to host fourth-generation winemaker at Genot-Boulanger, Guillaume Lavollée, at Solano Cellars for an intimate night exploring the vast range from the estate. We’ll walk through a lineup of recent releases as well as library vintages (including a rare opportunity to taste 2013 Premier Cru Pommard Blanc and 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru!).

Tickets are incredibly limited and include a flight of 8 wines, special discounts, and a selection of charcuterie and cheese to enjoy with your tasting.
