For our last event of the year, we're going big! Grosses Gewächs big! But what does that mean? GG is essentially the 'Grand Cru' designation for the greatest Riesling vineyards in the world. The wines are dry, and truly showcase the power and elegance that riesling reaches. To get your palate (and belly!) warmed up, we're going to be grilling some brats, our favorite pairing!
