Description
Mischievous label; delicious and traditional wine. This has all the grapefruit, grass, and minerally snap that makes a Touraine, well, a Touraine -- but with a bit more textural oomph than we usually expect (especially at this price!). Hand-harvested from organically farmed 30-40-year-old vines result in a pure, crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc for oysters, goat cheese... and/or pretty much whatever else you might wanna throw at it.
