Another succes from VB friend Lisa Tupetz ! The grapes come from Eberhard (previously Mateo Vineyard), a tiny vineyard in Santa Ynez. Picked at 22 °brix and fermented with 25% stem inclusion. Native fermentation, minimal sulfur. Racked once and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Elegant, flavorful, and an important varietal to showcase what Santa Ynez's micro-climate has to offer.
