The dirty deets: 100% Cabernet Franc, biodynamically farmed, certified organic. Vines ranging from 15 to 50 years in age. Native yeast fermentation in concrete vats without pumpovers to limit extraction, then aged for 8 months. Unfined and unfiltered. The love: Boasting a deep, rich color, then a nose of black raspberries, red and black currants, plums and cranberries. Savory: berries, blood, meat, herbs. Bright but structured with medium chewy tannins. Great with food and an insane price for the quality!
