Szent Tamas, one of the first recognized crus of Tokaj, exhibits a terroir of red clay and volcanic soils perfect for planting Furmint. This tokaj, 100% Furmint, spends nine months in Hungarian oak, acquiring an extremely expressive nose with hints of lemon peel. The finish is crisp, zippy, and dry—like a blast of wintry Hungarian air.
