Description
With vines stretching two centuries deep into soils of mixed volcanic and red clay, there're layers of flavor here unlike any wine you've tried: on the nose are wild blueberries and fresh purple floral bits like a Syrah from another planet; on the palate there's a natural wildness, filled with black minerals, red berries, and an exuberant leafiness. There are gentle tannins here, so it's ready to handle whatever your dinner table throws at it -- but the whole is light (only 11.5% ABV), fresh, and invigorating... as if spirit animals are real, and yours is a cougar.
