Description
Certified organic since 2014, and Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2017, the property is comprised of 42 distinct parcels where Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay are grown at elevations of 400 ft. Thanks to global warming, they are able to produce a perfect red wine in Champagne from these 40 year old vines. This bottling of Pinot Munier encapsulates the purity and freshness of the fruit in a way that does justice to the fruit-forward power of the grape. Made using native yeast, minimal sulfur, and spending 20 months in old oak barrels, this wine is an excellent example of the varietal.
