At this point, it's likely no secret that we have an undying love of Spanish wine. Our affection runs deeper than just memories of an Iberian holiday: Spanish wine reflects an almost unmatched variety of terroir, varietal compositon, and cultural diversity. And even better? Spanish wine goes hand in hand with one of the best food cultures in the world.
We're turning Solano Cellars (back) into a tapas bar, with a full menu of bar snacks (tortilla! boquerones! croquetas!) and a lineup of diverse Spanish bottles. Our friend Nick Dazzi of ¿Por Qué No? & Alluvial Wine will join us behind the bar.
