We’re having a Cake Party!
Co-organized by The Filling Station and Vintage Berkeley, the party will be on Saturday, August 29, from noon to 4PM at Vintage Berkeley 2113 Vine Street.
Here are the answers to all your burning questions:
WHAT SHOULD I BAKE? Your favorite cake or pie (or both!)
WHAT IF I CAN’T BAKE? No problem! Pick up a dessert from your favorite local bakery!
WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY DESSERT? Bring your dessert between 10:30am-noon. A sign-up sheet for dessert drop off is coming soon!
HOW SHOULD I LABEL MY DESSERT? Write the name of your dessert and an ingredient list on a card.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING? Bring your own plate and fork (+ container if you want to take any leftovers.) Label the bottom of your dessert tray with your name and phone number, and take it home at the end of the event.
IS THE EVENT FREE? If you bring a dessert, you get in free! If not, pay what you can upon entry and 100% of the profits will be donated to the Plastic Pollution Coalition.
