What we’ve put together for NIght Seven is what we'd like to call a summery Burgundy lineup (with the exception of the Pommard and Mercurey, which bring the muscle). Join Siavash as he pours a flight that ranges from crystalline whites to vibrant reds, anchored by a couple of powerful Premier Crus.
We start with the 2022 Domaine des Gandines Viré-Clessé, joyful and mineral-driven, followed by Agnès Paquet’s 2022 Auxey-Duresses Les Hoz Blanc, grown on deep limestone for precision and lift. The 2022 Charleux Maranges 1er Cru La Fussière shows soft red fruit and subtle structure, while the 2017 Berthelemot Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches (one of Beaune’s most highly respected Premier Cru vineyards) offers depth and savory polish. 2022 Ninot Mercurey 1er Cru Les Saumonts brings spice and heft from the Côte Chalonnaise, and 2022 Rebourgeon Pommard Cuvée William closes the night with bold, ripe structure.
