Hammerling Wines was founded in 2018 with a bold vision: to craft vibrant, low-intervention sparkling wines that capture the energy of California’s cool-climate coastal vineyards. Since then, winemaker Josh Hammerling has established himself as one of the best domestic producer of bubbles anywhere in the country. But Josh's genius doesn't end there. Sourced from those same cool-climate vineyards, Hammerling is also responsible for some of our favorite still wines: crisp whites with elegant acidity, berry-kissed rose, and elegant, fine-grained Gamay. We're thrilled to have Josh join us behind the bar pouring a lineup of new releases and established staples, sparkling and still.
