Motorcycle mechanic turned winemaker, Pierre Cotton is part of the new school of young vignerons in Beaujolais making absolutely mind blowing wines. After a two year stint in the Loire Valley, he returned home to Beaujolais and began making his own natural wines in 2014. Inspired by his compatriot friends Yann Bertrand, Jules Metras, and Keke Descombes, Pierre has farmed organically since day one and works without any sulfur or other chemicals or preservatives. These are favorite, rare, crush worthy wines--Gamay that threads the needle of being completely natural but also hearken to the quintessential, cru wines of the region. In 2020, Pierre's partner Marine Bonnet officially joined the domaine, and Pierre and Marine now manage both the vineyards and winemaking together under the new Bonnet-Cotton name!

Our long time bud Cory Gowan of Mission Wine Merchants will be here to pour almost the entire new 2020 vintage Gamnay lineup--including the VDF Gamay, Beaujolais Rouge, 100% Cotton Brouilly, Fleurie and more!
