Made from a 3.5 acre plot of Wente clone fruit, this Trout Gulch Vineyard Chardonnay reminds us of a throwback style that favors restraint over opulence. Clean and precise, with soft flavors of golden apple, lemon curd, and white flowers... and the barest kiss of oak to add a hint of creamy texture. (The cool coastal Santa Cruz climate keeps the alcohol in check, too!)
