Our first wine dinner of the year is a special one: a celebration of Spain, from Catalonia to the Gredos Mountains, Galicia to Cádiz. After a month spent absorbing the traditional flavors and wines from across the country (a selfless endeavor, to be sure), we're back in town and thrilled to share all the ideas bouncing around our head. And who better to join us than our friends at Farm Imports and Jose Pastor Selections, who bring in some of the most exciting producers in Spain - from brilliant young talents eager to frame the old vines and indigenous varieties of their region through a modern, experimental lens, to multi-generational family producers who have perfected tradition.
