We'll be pouring the organic wines of northern Etna superstar Girolamo Russo, a former pianist turned farmer/winemaker who makes some of our favorite wines in all of Italy. We'll also be pouring an Etna Bianco from his Etna counterpart Ciro Biondi, who's farming and making wine organically on the southern part of the volcano.But Sicily is not just Mount Etna! We also love the wines from the western side of the island, especially the high elevation wines of Centopassi! Centopassi works organically on land seized from the Mafia and transforms it into miraculous, organic Sicilian juice.
