Organic and biodynamically farmed muscat grapes are macerated on the skins, fermented with native yeast and the resulting wine is aged for two years in neutral French oak barrels.  This orange wine has notes of orange zest, pomelo, elderflower, minerals, some pithy bitterness, dried apricots, a little thyme and wet rock.
