All organic fruit that’s hand-picked and then aged in special wooden cases for about 3 weeks -- to enable the fruit to slightly dehydrate and concentrate flavors and aromas. Dry as heck, with an earthy apple skin-y thing (kind of sourdough-esque) and a tart, fresh fruity punch. Pork chops, anyone? Mussels, anyone? Crushing three of these with me on the porch all by themselves, anyone?
