They named their project Joseph-Jibril, their respective middle names, since it had more of a ring to it than Bobby-Jaam. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe goal with Joseph-Jibril is to make focused, lively, delicious, and unique wines, with minimal intervention and an emphasis on organic farming. They work with exquisite Sonoma County fruit, focusing on single vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, as well as a Beaujolais-inspired carbonic Pinot Noir, rosé and more!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe're also happy to host Sachi and Satoshi of Okkon for a Japanese food pop up!
