Having moved with his mother Becky to Burgundy when he was a mere tot, Paul grew up surrounded by wine and winemakers. After working at high-end retail wine shops in Southern California for several years, Paul returned to Burgundy and now serves as the co-director of Becky Wasserman & Co. His enthusiasm for the growers, from the humblest appellations to the loftiest Grand Crus, comes through in the domaine profiles he has written on the Wasserman website.
