Bourgueil!? Don't you mean BEGUILE!? One sip of this light and supple Cab Franc and you will be delightfully enchanted (but don't worry, there's no trickery here!). The Caslot family founded the estate in 1640 and began converting to organics in the early 2000's. They are now a certified biodynamic estate, known as being one of the healthiest and most vibrant vineyards in Bourgueil. Juicy and savory– everything you could ever want in a Cab Franc. Wild strawberry, crushed raspberry and hint of tobacco on the nose, with red fruit and tart cherry on the palate and just enough of that bell pepper and jalapeno flare. Beguiling Bourgueiling!
