Come celebrate the holidays with a tasting of some of our favorite Champagnes on god's green earth! We are so excited to welcome our friend Clémence Lelarge back to the shop, sharing some of her family's stunning, biodynamic certified bubbles and still wines form the Montagne de Reims. Lelarge-Pugeot is known for their biodynamic Pinot Meunier vineyards and their electric, mineral driven wines and we can't wait to taste them all with you -- from the shop favorite Tradition bottling, to many more of their exciting bottlings.
To pair with these worldclass bubbles, we've tapped our favorite local chef Carlo from Linger Longer. Carlo will be shucking the Champagne of oysters, Beausoleil. These oysters from Miramichi Bay, New Brunswick are crisp and briny and server as the perfect foil to the crisp, savory, nuanced Lelarge Champagnes. Purchase a ticket with an oyster add-on to ensure you'll get some! Limited quantities of additional oysters will be available a la carte at the event. For those who don't eat oysters, enjoy Carlo's famous potato puffs.
