We’ve been long-time fans (read: addicts) of all of Eric Bordelet’s ciders. Every time we pop open a bottle of one of his exceptional Norman beverages, the bottle is nearly empty before you can say “when are the crêpes done?”. His Poiré (pear cider) is as refreshing a quaffer as any we know: only *slightly* sweet on the entry, the lightly earthy, pure, pear flavors are anything but cloying on the palate. At only 5% alcohol it can be (very) easily finished in one sitting in front of aforementioned crêpes or with some Camembert and a roaring fireplace.
