Former pizza chef Angiolino Maule completed his dream of building a winery in northern Italy in 1984. Since then he’s altered his winemaking philosophy, getting rid of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and farming biodynamically. This blend of 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiano is vinified in stainless steel (no oak!) and shows hints of apple, ripe grapes and a lovely garden green note. It's bright and mineral too, showing signs of its volcanic terroir. Great with all sorts of food, and tastes great with the Green Deluxe pizza from Rose Pizzeria!
