Praja: the Sardinian word for ‘beach.’ And while there’s no question that this is as chillable a beach wine as any we know, man oh man does is this *also* what we want for our fall-into-winter table: think tart cranberries, bright raspberries, rhubarb and Rooibos tea. Maybe some Mediterranean tarragon as a garnish? Seriously gluggable. Dry-farmed and naturally made without herbicides or pesticides, in the remotest, most mountainous, least populated part of Sardinia. Turns out this ‘Praja’ pairs as well with a roast bird as it does with your flip-flops!
