Made from the Garganega grape with such skill and clarity that it makes other Soave producers seem criminally negligent. Pra's considered Soave's benchmark producer, and Monte Grande's their top wine. One wine critic wrote, " This is a magnificent young wine, but there’s no rush since the Monte Grande develops gorgeously with bottle age — you could be excused if you thought the 2001 I had recently was a mature Meursault Premier Cru!"
