“Sempre Cuntentu” means “Always Happy” in Corsican dialect, and it won’t take you two sips of this to figure out where they came up with the name. Our new favorite thing (and also season’s fave at À Côté down the street; this is what they gave me when I asked them for their favorite red of the summer), this is utterly electrifying stuff, and a fun wine to play “name that note” with.
