Well, some wine drinkers crave safety, and others seek to expand - minds, hearts, souls, palates - at a rate commensurate with that of our home in the cosmos. This is a wine for the latter camp. Fresh, complex and spicy with notes of white flowers, hazelnut skin, a salty sea breeze blowing in from the other side of Alpha Centauri, and lemon and orange oils. It may not dilate your mind at *exactly* 73 (plus or minus 1) kilometer per second per megaparsec... but it's gonna come close.
