Unfined, unfiltered and fermented with native yeast, the wines of Tessier are superlative examples of the elegance that can be achieved with this hands-off style of winemaking Beautiful, woodsy red fruits, some of that savory spice, and just sheer pleasure to drink. Day 3 out of the 'fridge ain't too bad either. Duck, duck, goose.
