Berkeley-based winemaker and super-smiler Chad Hinds will be pouring and chatting about his gorgeous, tiny-lot natural wines under the Methode Sauvage label. Chad went to culinary school and worked as a line cook before realizing his true calling in wine. His extensive background includes sales for Bi-Rite and Selection Massale and winemaking with Pax Mahle, of Windgap, and Kevin Kelley, of NPA and Salinia. He's working on growing his own label and singing the natural wine gospel - it'll be a full choir this Friday when we're tasting the full flight.
